Refund & Return Policy

General Policy

  • Returns and refunds are subject to the conditions outlined here.
  • Products are eligible for return within 7 to 10 business days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Returns will be processed only after the item has been inspected by our quality team.

2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong item delivered – If you receive an incorrect product.
  2. Defective or damaged product – If the product arrives broken, faulty, or malfunctioning.
  3. Size or fit issues (for fashion items) – Clothing or footwear may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.
  4. Incomplete order – If any part of the order is missing.
  5. Expired or unusable product – For perishable or consumable items delivered beyond their usable date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (toothbrushes, razors, cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
  • Perishable and consumable goods (groceries, food items, medicines, etc.)
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized products
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and digital products
  • Items sold as “final sale” or marked “non-returnable” at checkout

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your Buysnapper account and go to “My Orders.”
  2. Select the item you want to return and click “Request Return.”
  3. Provide the reason for return and upload images if required.
  4. Our support team will review your request and approve or reject it based on policy.
  5. Once approved, you will be guided to ship the product back or have it picked up by our courier partner.

⚠️ Important: Products must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.


5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, UPI, or net banking).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your choice.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for products such as apparel, shoes, and accessories where size/fit issues occur.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via email or through your Buysnapper account.
  • Provide photographs or video proof of the issue.
  • Our team will verify and arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Items returned with missing parts or accessories.
  • Products not returned in their original packaging.
  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.
    3. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, contact us at support@buysnapper.com.

10. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request a return once delivered.
  • Prepaid order cancellations (before shipment) will be refunded within 3–5 business days.
